Joey died at his residence in West Hollywood, CA 90046 on June 1, 2007 at the age of 60. His valid Will stated that he was single and had left 2 children, Maple and Tommie. His Will left 20% of all of his assets to his long time companion (adult) Mary Anne, 30% of all his assets to Maple, 30% of all of his assets to Tommie. The remaining 20% of his assets were to be divided equally between his good friends George and Dana. George, Dana and Mary Anne (all adults) all survived Joey. The Will appoints an old business partner Bernard as executor and does NOT waive bond. 

His assets included a Building with an appraised value of $2,500,000 located in Los Angeles, CA; Stocks from the BBB Co. (400 shares) valued at a total of $400,000, a bank account with a total of $200,000, and a painting valued at $70,000. All values of Joey's assets are date of death values. Joey is survived by his father Westin, his uncle Ron, children Maple and Tommie.
