1. prepare the form DE 161 - Attachment #1 and #2. Here is the form - http://missionparalegal.com/de161.doc (if you do not have ms word, then download a free program - openoffice.org and it will allow you to work on word docs. 

2. Look at a sample inventory 

3. Then take the facts for all probate forms and use those facts and information to fill in the Petition.  
 

4. Then attach your Attachment #1 and #2 to your moodle assignment.
