Prepare Form DE - 150 - Letters Testamentary
1. Use the Probate Facts given in the class.
2. Fill in the DE-150 (fillable word doc). If you do not have MS word, you can then fill in DE-150 (pdf fillable form), and then print it out, scan it on your copier/printer/scanner then upload your scanned pdf under etudes. (do not try to save it as you will lose all of your work),
If you do not have MS word, then download Open Office which will be able to process the above form, and then you can upload it. Please save it in your Open Office program as a word doc (2000XP version), and upload that and NOT an ODT form. The program is located at http://openoffice.org
