Martin died at his residence in Sherman Oaks, CA on June 1, 2006 at the age of 60. His valid Will stated that he was single and had left 2 children, Brandon and Jack. His Will left 20% of all of his assets to his long time companion (adult) Martha, 30% of all his assets to Brandon, 30% of all of his assets to Jack.
