Maria Legrande  is married to Juan Alvarez.  Maria and Juan  resided at 1477 Allen Street, Glendale, California 91201  and died on 2/15/09 in Glendale, California at the age of 75. Her valid will stated that she was married and had left three adult children, Angelica LeGrande, Jaime Legrande, and Olivia Legrande-Fuentes. Her will left all of her community property to her husband.

Her  remaining assets are divided as follows: 30% of all of her assets to her friend (adult) Jose Maria Olothabal, 10 % to her friend Juanita Presidio,  10% to her son Jaime LeGrande,  10% to her daughter Angelica LeGrande, and the remaining 40% of her assets were to be divided equally between her good friends  Jill Biden and Michelle Obama.  All of Maria"s adult children, her husband, her four friends survived Maria.. The will appoints an old business partner Michael Jackson as executor and does NOT waive bond.

At the time of Maria's death her assets were as follows:

1.  House at  1477 Allen Avenue, Glendale, Ca. 91201 with a date of death value of $3,250,489.  The house was purchased during the marriage  with community funds.

2. 676 Shares General Motors Stock, Cusip Number 678933  with a date of death value of $323,000. Maria  inherited this stock from her mother.

3. 354 Shares of Yahoo Common Stock Cusip Number 234689 with a date of death value of $178,233. Maria inherited this stock from her mother.

4. Chase Checking Account with a date of death value of $12,234  All the funds in this account were acquired during the marriage of  Maria and Juan.

5.  Certificate of Deposit at Matadors Federal Credit Union with a date of death value of $375,000.  Maria earned this money prior to her  marriage.

6. 2008  Honda Accord Vehicle Identification Number 2786543, with a date of death value of $15,785.  The car was purchased during the marriage  with community funds.

7.  $100,000 IRA with Juan as the designated beneficiary.

At the time of Maria's death her creditors were as follows:

1.  St. Johns Hospital in the amount of $22,500.

2. Visa Gold credit card in the amount of $13,299

3. Shell Oil Gas credit card in the amount of $878
