Josh Green is married to Stacy Green.  Josh and Stacy reside at 16000 Valley Vista Blvd., Encino, California 91436 and died on January 26, 2010 in Tarzana, California at the age of 88.  His valid will stated that he was married and had four adult children, Josh Green Jr., Janis Green, Jane Green and Jake Green.  His will left all of his community property to his brother Jack Green.

His valid will divides his remaining assets as follows: 50% of his remaining assets are to be divided equally between Josh Green Jr., Janis Green, Jane Green and Jake Green;   30% of his remaining assets are to be divided between his good friends  Jill Smith and Jessica Rabbit;  20% of his remaining assets are to go to Los Angeles Mission College Student Scholarship Fund.  The will appoints David Jordan as executor and Bill Ghates as the first alternate executor.  The will does not waive bond.

At the time of Josh Green’s Death his assets were as follows:

1.     House located at 16000 Valley Vista Blvd., Encino, California 91436 with a date of death value of $4,500,000.  The house was purchased prior to the marriage with Josh’s separate property .

2.     760 Shares of IBM Stock, Cusip Number 123456 with a date of death value of $320,000.

3.     A life Insurance Policy with Metlife, Policy Number 777666 for $5,000,000 with Stacy Green as the pay on death beneficiary.

4.     Wells Fargo Checking Account No 555555 with $100,000 held in Joint Tenancy with Stacy Green.

5.     600 Shares of Apple Computer Stock, Cusip Number 444333 with a date of death value of $1,000,000 that Josh inherited from his Uncle Steve J.

6.     $400,000 IRA with Stacy Green as the pay on death beneficiary.

7.     $300,000 Certificate of Deposit at Bank of America, Account Number 11111 held as community property.

At the time of Josh’s death his creditors were as follows:

·       Sallie Mae Student Loan in the amount of $30,000.

·       Shell Master Card in the amount of $15,000.

·       Tarzana Medical Center in the amount of $7,000
